Quick Payroll Annual Maintenance Plan

Quick Payroll is subject to an annual maintenance plan. This is due one year from the date of product registration and will include a new activation key, an unlimited e-mail and telephone support contract, as well as any legislative updates.

Maximize your software with our QuickBooks Support Plan.

No matter how good your knowledge of QuickBooks is, there may come a time that you will need some assistance. This is why we provide an optional email and telephone Support Plan, which will provide you, our valued customer, with direct access to our Support Centre when help is needed.

For a monthly subscription fee of only R199, you will get assistance with the following:

  • All QuickBooks technical issues ranging from installation to operational
  • All program errors in QuickBooks
  • Procedural documentation assisting clients with VAT on upgraded files Procedural documentations regarding email integration between QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook is available to you
  • General enquiries around QuickBooks.

As part of the Support Plan, you also get the following:

  • Automatic offsite backup of your QuickBooks financial information in partnership with IronTree. This means that your QuickBooks information will always be safe, accessible and restorable.

Due to the complexity of issues and time constraints, the telephonic and e-mail support contract will exclude the following:

  • Setting up QuickBooks on a network
  • Setting up company files from scratch
  • Training over the phone
  • Data upgrades
  • Creating invoice layouts
  • Posting of VAT adjustment journals

eZ Bank Account Import software needs to be renewed annually. Please call or email our Renewals Department to do this.

South Africa:

  • Initial membership fee of R3, 500.00 Incl. VAT or R350.00 incl. VAT on a 12 month debit order authorisation agreement. (Terms & Conditions apply)
  • All registered members of any professional Accounting or Bookkeeping association will receive a 30% discount on the above mentioned sign-up fee
  • Compulsory Annual renewal fee of R2, 000.00 Incl. VAT for QuickBooks accounting & Quick Payroll software
  • Optional Annual renewal fee of R500.00 Incl. VAT for eZ QuickBooks Bank Account Import Software. (This is subject to the compulsory annual renewal fee above being paid)

Sub-Saharan Africa:

  • Initial membership fee of R5,000.00 Excl. VAT
  • Compulsory Annual renewal fee of R3,000.00 Excl. VAT for QuickBooks Accounting & Quick Payroll software
  • Optional Annual renewal fee of R500.00 Excl. VAT for eZ QuickBooks Bank Account Import Software. (This is subject to the compulsory annual renewal fee above being paid)
