    This form serves to confirm that the business partner indicated herein has been appointed by the client to assist with Sales & Support of the QuickBooks and Quick Payroll range of products as distributed and supported by EasyBiz. Please note that only one (1) business partner may be linked to a client's account.

    Any outstanding fee by the client (End user) needs to be settled between the business partner and the client before any transfer to another business partner may occur.

    This form must be signed by a Director, Owner or any person duly authorised. The full names & title must be clearly indicated on this letter. Email notifications are not accepted.
