The EasyBiz Business Partner Network is a network of Consultants, Accountants, Bookkeepers, Small Business Advisors and Computer Software Resellers, who specialise in the reselling and consulting of the QuickBooks Accounting, Quick Payroll and business related software throughout South Africa.

 

Members of the EasyBiz Business Partner Network, are fully trained to provide QuickBooks and Quick Payroll customers with the most comprehensive solution for their unique financial requirements. EasyBiz (Pty) Ltd. is committed to ensuring that all of our Business Partners have the necessary expertise and knowledge to sell and implement the complete range of QuickBooks Accounting and Quick Payroll software.

 

By joining the EasyBiz Business Partner Network, you will enjoy lucrative sales and revenue opportunities, coupled with extensive marketing support and materials.

Depending on your requirements, potential applicants can apply to become an EasyBiz Business Partner or an EasyBiz Dealer.

 

Requirements – Who can qualify as an EasyBiz Business Partner?

Potential applicants should be one of the following but not limited to:

All EasyBiz Business Partners are expected to provide the highest levels of ongoing service and support to EasyBiz’ customers.

All EasyBiz Business Partners are required to purchase a minimum of R30 000.00 (excl. Vat) worth of QuickBooks Accounting and Quick Payroll Software from EasyBiz (Pty) Ltd. on an annual basis – Please refer to the Business Partner Terms and Conditions.11

EasyBiz (Pty) Ltd. reviews its members on a regular basis to ensure that the quality of the Business Partner Network is maintained.

Membership benefits

EasyBiz Business Partners will receive the following benefits:

The Business Partner software suite consisting of the following:

  • QuickBooks Accountant (Single User Version) – This product will allow you to toggle between QuickBooks Accountant, QuickBooks Premier and QuickBooks Pro.
  • Quick Payroll Key Player (1-10 employees)
  • eZ QuickBooks Bank Account Import
  • Free upgrades to any new versions of the products within the Business Partner software suite released during the membership year

Please note the following:

  • The above software suite is for in-house use only and cannot be resold.
  • Any additional software or additional user licenses that are required for in-house use will be charged for at 50% of the full retail price per package or license.
  • For each additional software package or user license that you purchase for in-house use, an annual fee of 50% of the discounted rate above will be applicable.

  • A 35% Discount on the current retail price of all QuickBooks Accounting and Quick Payroll products sold and distributed by EasyBiz (Pty) Ltd. – Please refer to the Business Partner Terms and Conditions10 . Pricelist available on request.
  • The Business Partner will receive a 5% rebate on the annual net purchases made from EasyBiz (Pty) Ltd. – Please refer to the Business Partner Terms and Conditions.
  • The Business Partner will receive a 5% rebate on net purchases that their linked clients make directly through EasyBiz (Pty) Ltd. – Please refer to the Business Partner Terms and Conditions.13
  • R400 Cash Back Reward for each successful QuickBooks Online Referral – Please refer to the Business Partner Terms and Conditions.14
  • Unlimited telephonic and email support – Please refer to the Business Partner Terms and Conditions.15
  • 10% discount on QuickBooks training courses and seminars for Business Partners and their clients.
  • Regular email communication.
  • Access to various Business Partner marketing materials via the secure site on www.quickbooks.co.za.
  • Contact details will be displayed on the EasyBiz Business Partner locator on www.quickbooks.co.za for end-users to access.

Membership fees

  • Initial membership fee of R3,500.00 Incl. VAT or R350.00 incl. Vat on a 12-month debit order authorisation agreement. (Terms and Conditions apply). This amount is non-refundable.
  • Compulsory Annual renewal fee of R2, 000.00 Incl. Vat for QuickBooks Accounting & Quick Payroll software. This amount is non-refundable.
  • Optional Annual renewal fee of R1 000.00 Incl. Vat for eZ QuickBooks Bank Account Import Software. (This is subject to the compulsory annual renewal fee above being paid). This amount is non-refundable.
