Multi Monitor Support

While you are managing your finances or to reconcile accounts, one may need to refer to multiple different forms and accounts. This can be simplified with the new multi monitor support. With this feature, users can view multiple windows of QuickBooks on multiple monitors.

Merge Multiple Vendors

QuickBooks 2018 allows you to merge vendors by consolidating multiple vendors into one. You can also search for duplicate vendors and merge their records together.

Switch between Accrual and Cash Basis

Selecting the right basis for accounting can be difficult for some businesses. Accrual basis has been the choice of medium sized organisations whereas cash basis is preferred by small businesses. With QuickBooks 2018, you can switch between the two through the Reports window.

New Keyboard Shortcut

New shortcuts have been added to boost the productivity of users. Through these shortcuts, complete lines of transaction can be copied and pasted.

Past Due Date Stamp

This feature highlights the fact that an invoice is past-due date. By customising this feature, your business will be able to improve its cash flow as it is automatically generated.

Chart of Accounts Search

In QuickBooks 2018 the search for accounts has been enhanced. Now it takes seconds to find a particular account rather than minutes. All you need to do is type in a partial name, full name or account number and there it is.
