Terms and conditions:
Entries for the R10 000 grand prize draw are allocated for successful and qualified leads received from 01 August 2018 to 28 February 2019. The standard definition of a qualified lead with regard to this campaign, is a new lead that QuickBooks has not received before. This means that we have not quoted, contacted or dealt with this client in the past. A lead has to be converted into a sale in order to qualify. Every time a qualified lead is submitted, the person who referred the customer will be entered into the draw. Leads must be submitted in writing and will be qualified by our sales coordinator. You can refer any of our products to absolutely anyone. Upgrades and modules do not form part of the competition. The winner of the grand prize will be announced in March 2019 and this prize must be claimed before August 2019. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The individual/company that you refer must be in the market for an accounting or payroll package and must be made aware that the QuickBooks sales division will be contacting them. All QuickBooks staff as well as authorised QuickBooks business partners and accountants are excluded from this promotion. Under no circumstances will QuickBooks (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising in any way due to errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the grand prize.
