QuickBooks Support
To get more out of QuickBooks and increase your productivity, we recommend our comprehensive support contracts. From time to time you may have a query and will need assistance - and our QuickBooks support department will be at your service.
Since there are varying requirements for support, we offer a range of options to suit your needs. These range from telephonic assistance to on-site, individual attention.
All or products come standard with a 12 month telephonic and email support contract which is valid from day of product registration. This will give you peace of mind knowing that all your support related queries are taken care of.
On-site support
The QuickBooks and Quick Payroll on-site support options allow you to have one-on-one support which can be customised to your specifications. This is ideal for more complex queries.
On-site support comprises of in-house QuickBooks or Quick Payroll support at your premises by a qualified QuickBooks or Quick Payroll support consultant.
* if you have a valid support contract the onsite hourly rate is R380 (Incl. VAT) per hour, plus R2.80 per kilometer travelled
* If you do not have a valid support contract the onsite hourly rate is R495 (Incl.VAT) per hour , plus R2.80 per kilometer travelled
