Renewals offer all our clients the opportunity to renew their respective Support Contracts and Annual Maintenance Plans.

Quick Payroll Annual Maintenance Plan: 1-5 employees R499; 1-20 employees R749; 1-120 employees R1, 499 and 1-500 employees R5, 999. All Quick Payroll packages have an Annual Maintenance Plan which is valid for 12 months, thereafter this is renewable. The Annual Maintenance Plan includes unlimited telephonic support, activation key and legislative updates. The Annual Maintenance Plan is compulsory if you still intend on using Quick Payroll for the following year.

QuickBooks Support Contracts: Simple Start R749 and Pro and Premier R1, 499. All QuickBooks Accounting packages have a Support Contracts which is valid for 12 months, thereafter this is renewable. The Support Contract will cover the following: Technical issues when installing, errors on the system, setting up QuickBooks on a network and setting up VAT on upgraded files. Supported version policy is current version and one version back (2008 expires on 31 December 2012). Please note we do not offer telephonic and e-mail support on Regular versions.

eZ Support Contracts:  eZ Bank Account Import renewal is R999 and valid for 12 months, thereafter this is renewable.

ACCTivate! Software Maintenance & Support (SMS):  ACCTivate! SMS renewal is compulsory. This includes a new activation code and 12 months unlimited telephonic and e-mail support. The renewal fee on the base unit is R2, 699.70 and additional 30% of purchase price per additional module and additional licenses.


Get the most out of your QuickBooks purchase by making use of your free 12 month support contract. The following will be covered by telephony & email:
  • All Quickbooks/ Payroll technical issues ranging from installation to operational.
  • All program errors in QuickBooks/ Payroll.
  • Procedural documentation regarding setup of a network for QuickBooks.
  • Procedural documentation assisting clients with Vat on upgraded files.
  • Procedural documentations regarding email integration between QuickBooks & Outlook is available to you.
  • General enquiries around QuickBooks and Payroll.
The following can unfortunately not be covered by telephony/ email support due to the complexity of issues and (or) time constraints.
  • Setting up a QuickBooks & Payroll company from scratch - please consult the setup wizard.
  • Setting up of VAT. Important documents as in VAT201 returns needs to be carefully studied + necessary permission acquired from owner/ accountant to amend/ create VAT journals & accounts.
  • Setting up of a network from scratch - please consult your IT specialist.
  • Designing of transactional templates from scratch.
  • Complete Payroll run- ranging from entering hours to performing a period- end.
  • Performing any form of Payroll submission- whether it's an EMP201, EMP501/ IT 3's.
  • Complicated manufacturing concerned setup involving units of measure & bill of materials.
  • Performing the task of Bank reconciliation in QuickBooks.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Unlimited telephonic, fax and email support is valid for the one year contract period only.
  • The following are not included in the Support Contract, and will be charged for accordingly: on-site support, training and data recovery.
  • Support office hours: Mon-Thurs: 08h00-17h00; Fri: 08h00-16h30 (except Public holidays).
  • User Guides and Help Files must first be consulted before calling for support.
  • Support Contracts and Annual Maintenance Plans starts from 1st day of registration.
